Demon Elbow and Knee Pads have two sizes: Above the joint and Below the joint. Please refer to both in the below table when choosing the best size.

The only exception is the Zero RF, which has the one size, Above. Please refer to the separate table when choosing the best size.

How to Measure Your Elbow

  • Have your elbow bare and your arm fairly straight.
  • For Above Elbow: Pass a soft tape measure around your arm at the thickest part above the centre of your elbow.
  • For Below Elbow: Pass a soft tape measure around your arm at the thickest part below the centre of your elbow.
  • The tape measure should be snug, but not tight.

  • How to Measure Your Knee

  • Have your knee bare and your legs fairly straight.
  • For Above Knee: Pass a soft tape measure around your leg 4 inches (10 cm) above the centre of your knee.
  • For Below Knee: Pass a soft tape measure around your leg 4 inches (10 cm) below the centre of your knee.
  • The tape measure should be snug, but not tight.
