Brilliant piece of kit. Used it as a back up in tent when i developed a leak in the tent . I slept warm and dry in the bivy and was well impressed. There was some condensation especially in the footbox but nothing serious.

First use of a bivvy bag so don’t know how this compares with others.
My experience with this one-could fit in a single air mat and winter sleeping bag no problem with some room above head to store stuff but would be cramped shoving a rucksack in too. Slept with the mesh fly cover zipped over face rather than fully enclosed for first few hours as no rain and did get some sleep. Wind picked up so fully zipped bag up but found condensation soon started to build around head area. Solved by opening zip a few inches to allow air in-might be an issue with pouring rain so would have to accept condensation. In morning some dampness on sleeping bag in leg area but acceptable and not an issue.
Looking forward to using again and would probably erect a tarp where possible for the prevailing wind to keep wind off as it does rustle the bag and disturb sleep-probably an issue with any bivvy bag I would guess.
Shoved a walking stick in the ground next to me to tie a cord to lift the bag away from my face but didn’t find it of particularly help-maybe user trial and error to make this more effective!
Ultimately got more sleep than I imagined and was cosy and comfortable in it with minimal condensation when having the fly mesh cover on or leaving the zips slightly ajar when fully enclosed. Would recommend and although didn’t try in rain it was a damp misty morning and kept the wet out.
