A little about you
As the snowsport product expert, you will be an experienced skier or snowboarder and have a deep passion for the products available in the snowsports market. Our product experts are our customer's guide to the right product for them.
We do not advise customers to buy products that are not suitable for them simply to make money, we pride ourselves on getting the very best product for that particular customer, which will enhance their experience on their next adventure.
You will facilitate everything to do with a product sale, from the moment a customer decides they want to buy something, to aftercare and beyond. You are the face of our organisation and the first port of call for our discerning customers.
What we need
Product experts will predominantly answer communications from customers via email, live chat, phone and social media at our head office in Watford.
• Guide customers to the correct product for them
• Answer technical questions about products
• Discuss ability levels and suitability of certain product ranges
• Attend brand training sessions to enhance your knowledge on new season products
• Advise customers when things go wrong
• Liaise with buyers and brands on warranty issues
