The Scarpa Veloce combines comfort and the latest tech to bring you a rock climbing shoe that will allow you to climb higher and harder for longer.
Whilst designed with a focus towards indoor climbing, the S72 rubber on the Veloce can also be adapted onto rock, making this an extremely versatile climbing shoe. The S72 is super sticky and durable to friction against any kind of surface.
A Differentiated Tension System distributes pressure onto the big toe whilst keeping your foot in an optimal position for power transfer and precision, without interfering with the fit in other parts of the shoe. In addition, PAF technology in the heel acts as a shock absorber, deflecting pressure away from the achilles tendon via soft rubber and distributing any impact force across the whole shoe.
The upper is constructed with microfibre & suede which is thin but sturdy, whilst an M-50 rubber toe patch will help you obtain a better hold.
A wave strap system will ensure fast entry and exit as well as allowing for easy loosening when belaying or taking a break.
The Veloce Rock Climbing Shoe from Scarpa will give you all the support, sensitivity and power you need to climb high end grades. The Scarpa is also best suited for users with wider feet.

A super comfortable climbing shoe. It's hard to find good climbing shoes for wide Roman shaped feet so these are perfect. Great sensitivity and grip on volumes.

Very comfy, I've wide feet but this is not a problem for these shoes. I'm usually a 11.5 UK and I a got a 10.45 which is perfect for me (you could get away with a whole size down if you wanted) The soles are very soft so would not recommend these for outdoor rocks and I can see them wearing away quick on indoor slabs but for an indoor climbing shoe with this level of comfort and grip, that's to be expected. I'll assume I'll need to replace them after 12-18 months of weekly use which for the price, feels fair.

These shoes feel really great, I could wear them all day. They still hold firmly.
I have wide feet and these are the first shoes I have been happy with rather than just tolerate.
Very pleased.
