About the Salewa Litetrek 3
The Salewa Litetrek 3 tent gives you a cutting-edge alpine shelter for fast-moving treks. A double-wall construction places 2-layers of fabric between you and the elements with a semi-geodesic pole structure optimised for use in 3-season alpine conditions.
The freestanding design is great for setting up on rockier terrain or areas with limited space while the speed set-up solution uses short, flat sleeves and hooks with colour-coded poles for pitching quickly in time-sensitive situations. The fly can be pitched as a standalone shelter for minimalist camping where conditions allow.
Inside, you'll find room enough for 3-persons with single-door access and a front vestibule providing space for meal prep and gear storage. Zip ventilation avoids humidity while door pockets keep the insect-proof door panels from getting in the way when open.
A 50D polyester ripstop fly balances weight and durability with a 3000mm PU coating for rain protection. A 70D floor is made of robust PU-coated ripstop nylon with a 5000 mm water column. Anchor points can be extended for greater stability.
A repair kit lets you fix minor rips and tears on the go while the included footprint helps extend the life of your groundsheet, providing an extra layer of protection from groundwater, mud, rocks, and other debris.
