About the Mountain King Trail Blaze

When it comes to exploring the trails, hiking poles give you greater balance and support; reducing fatigue to arms and legs and increasing confidence when tackling challenging terrain.

British made Mountain King bring you the Trail Blaze. A performance pole featuring a collapsible, 4 section aluminium alloy construction delivering the low weight of 230g per pair. The foldable design is quickly deployed and secured with a quick pull of the tensioning cord. The weight is kept extremely low with a fixed length design; so be sure to choose the best all round size to suit your needs. To assemble, simply hold the tension cord at the handle end, slotting the sections together and pulling tight until you see the knot. Pull the knot to the outside of the groove in the black top piece to lock into place.

When not in use the Trail Blaze folds down to a compact size making it ideal for storing in a bag or running pack. The airflow grip and mesh strap offer further comfort and security with a carbide tip for excellent grip on any surface and a protective cover for storage. A mesh bag keeps the poles safely stored when not in use. A velcro strap at the base of the handle wraps the poles to keep them secure. The accompanying trekking baskets can be unscrewed and replaced with snow baskets for winter and alpine touring (sold separately).
