The Taurus Pro GTX Mid from Lowa is a lightweight and comfortable walking/hiking boot with a suede and textile upper that is not only extremely durable but also illustrates the premium quality Lowa insists on maintaining throughout their hiking boot range. With its Gore-Tex membrane, the Taurus Pro is fully waterproof, even in heavy downpours, keeping your feet nice and dry even in the worst conditions.

Fully equipped with Lowa's new Lima sole, the Taurus Pro GTX Mid features more cushioning than its predecessor, incorporating DynaPU for extra comfort. This sole unit also features a new tread design with multi-directional lugs that are perfect for uneven surfaces and mixed terrains. Overall, the Taurus Pro GTX Mid looks slick and stylish and is great for hill hikes, light paths and trails, and everyday walking.

Excellent customer service and the prices are also low. In the beginning I was little reluctant, this model being the entry level model and priced at only a little over £100, it felt 2 good 2 b true. But then They passed the test of water(100% waterproof). Really light 4 a gtx mid boots. U don’t get the fancy design, but you will get better build quality and durability in time. If I had to recommend, I would recommend Lowa Renegade gtx. Those boot are indestructible. A bit pricier, but u won’t regretted.

Looked great. Unfortunately too narrow at front. Previously have bought Renegade, same size, but has broader toe end. If you have narrow feet then fine. So had to return and buy another pair of Renegade

Wide fitting. So, although l am female, my orthotics fit beautifully in these walking boots. Good grip. Did not need to break in although l did wear them around the house for a couple of days peior to going on some decent walks.

As I have CMT 1A , muscle waisting, what I wear on my feet is very important, this is the sixth pair I have bought and wear them every day and as a farmer can be quite brutal on them. They wear very well and are extremely comfortable.
