The Leki Cressida 2019 women's adjustable trekking poles will suit pretty much anyone. Quick and easy to deploy, the Cressida features 35cm of adjustable height with a compact 64cm stowed size.

The 3-section telescopic shaft is made of durable aluminium HTS with the updated Speed Lock 2 lever-locking system ensuring the poles stay securely in place.

The Cressida features an edgeless cork handle designed to suit smaller hands. It provides a firm, comfortable grip with the Leki Skin Strap offering maximum comfort with minimum weight. A short flex tip gives you precise placement and grip on challenging terrain.
