It gives you 35cm of adjustable height and the highest locking force of any external system meaning it won't fail or slowly collapse.

Developed for mountain treks, the Black Series Carbon is equipped with the new Aergon Air handle with extended grip for flexible handling across challenging routes. The Aergon Air combines lightness and stability with an ergonomic shape that ensures maximum comfort over high mileage treks and a fully rubberized grip head for complete control.

Leki's unique Lock Security Strap Skin 4.0 is light and breathable with an adjustable design and safety release. Low-profile trekking baskets give your pole grip in soft sand, mud and other conditions. When not in use, the poles collapse to a travel-friendly 68cm.
