About the Evolv Kronos

Technical and comfortable, the Evolv Kronos has been anatomically engineered and designed to provide comfort and performance in one package. Designed as an all-around shoe, it has an asymmetrical profile with 4.2mm TRAX high friction rubber for a consistent grip across a wide range of temperatures.

One of the main features in the Evolv line is the innovative velcro system; it consists of one velcro strap on the mid forefoot and then a cinch-pull strap closure for the top half which enables a choice of custom tightness which can then be taped down across a wide area to obtain the perfect fit. All this is done on top of an overlapping padded and perforated tongue for added comfort and breathability.

The Kronos also benefits from a Variable Thickness Rand (VTR) which adds durability to the most used areas of the rand and provides the optimum amount of support. Also on the Kronos, the VTR rand is thicker at the toe. This works to reduce toe bulge and maintain toe box structure.
