Bag is okay until it gets heavier. The design failure is found in the backpack strap. The lobster clip swivel hook is made of plastic when lifting bag with one strap it'll snap. In less than 3 hours, strap snapped 3 times already. I cannot imagine such a big name for backpacks, failed in very simple design. 3 stars is a very generous rating hoping theyll change it to a metal lobster clip next time.

I have been a fan and user of Eastpak for all my adult life. This particular item is fantastic and its internal zipping system means that packing without squashing clothing is a doddle. It is easy on the shoulders and can also be carried as a hold-all.
