This bag is super popular amongst our daughters school friends. It is a super bag with regards to size and pockets etc however the straps start very close together at the top and therefore require you to have a very narrow neck and they’re not very soft either so scratch. We tested the bag by adding all my daughter would need to carry to see if it made a difference and get the bag to hang lower. For us it didn’t but this is definitely a preference and I would recommend trying it
