How To Choose The Correct Size Of Trekking & Hiking Pole
Choosing the right length for your nordic, hiking, trekking or walking pole is easy using our size guide chart. Select the pole length according to your height.
Although it is easy enough to choose the right size, it is very important that you do so that you can get the most out of your pole. When the pole is at the correct height for you, it will protect you from incorrect movements, prevent you from possible falls and optimally transfer energy.
Your forearm should be near to 90 degrees when the pole tip is resting on the ground, as shown in the diagram.
